Late / Failed Payments. If a payment fails or is delayed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access until payment is made.
Refunds / Cancellations. Our refund and cancellation policy (if any) will be separately communicated (e.g. in enrollment forms). Unless specified, fees once paid may not be refundable.
Taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies on the services.

All course materials, authorship, content, methods, documents, lectures, and related content provided by us are the intellectual property of Arjuna Science Academy (or licensors) unless otherwise stated.
You may use these materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or otherwise exploit them without our prior written consent.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use such feedback without obligation.
"As Is" Basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied).
No Guarantee of Results. While we aim to help you learn and progress, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, grade, result, or success.
Errors / Interruptions. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will always be corrected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, Republic of India (or other jurisdiction you choose).
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be resolved by arbitration / mediation (if you prefer), or by the courts of [district / city], Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be struck out, and the remaining provisions will remain in force.
